Three, 5 Acre Lots For Sale

All lots are zoned Residential and there is a gated entry, but it's nothing fancy.. There is a pet limit ordinance of three dogs or cats per lot. However, you can have two horses per five acres as well, so all three would allow you six, and you can have other various farm animals as well. There are only five year round residents. Everyone else is there only in the summer time.

New Driveway went in late 2005, goes directly between two of the lots, so can be shared. These two lots can also share a septic and a well. As you can see from these, the land is very lush in foliage, and is mostly white pine and maple and oak. There are MANY varieties of wildlife, TONS of Blackberries and Rasberries and wildflowers too!
